A couple years ago I started sharing a photo with a friend every Wednesday. We called it Zensday because many of the images provided a brief midweek escape from... well, whatever you needed to momentarily escape from. Word got around and before long, the email list swelled. That proved problematic during recent travels.
And so, a blog is born. One topic: Zensday
Enjoy!
For many, the holidays will be bittersweet this year. The pandemic has taken a toll on families financially, physically, and emotionally. Everyone on our planet has been impacted in some way. That is why my wish for you in this holiday season is resilience.
Merriam-Webster defines resilience as "an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change." Resilience can give you the ability to see past problems, find enjoyment in life, and better handle stress. It is a quality that we all possess in some degree. Even more important, we can increase our resilience by taking specific actions.
